Gentlemen of the Convention:
The Sponsorship Committee has the honor to submit to the Convention the attached proposition on citizenship and naturalization with the recommendation that it be adopted.
The proposition herewith submitted has been prepared and assessed by the Sponsorship Committee, giving special consideration to the service rendered by the Committee on Citizenship and Naturalization.
