Caballeros de la Convencion:

El Comité de Ponencias tiene el honor de someter a la Convencion el adjunto proyecto sobre limitacion territorial con la recomendacion de qué el mismo sea aprobado.

Dicho proyecto se ha preparado y aprobado por el Comité de Ponencias. dando especial consideración al informe sometido por el Comité sobre Delimitacion del Territorio.

The Philippines comprises all the territories ceded to the United States by the Treaty of Paris concluded between the United States and Spain on the 18th day of December 1898, the boundaries of which are set forth in Article III of said Treaty together with those islands embraced in the Treaty concluded at Washington between the United States and Spain on the 7th day of November, 1900, and in the Treaty concluded between the United States and Great Britain on the 2nd day of January, 1930 and such other territories over which the existing Government of the Philippine Islands exercises jurisdiction, or which may hereafter be acquired for or in behalf of the Philippines.
