[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 558, August 08, 2006 ]
REPEALING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 138 DATED AUGUST 10, 1999, ENTITLED "DIRECTING GOVERNMENT ENTITIES INVOLVED IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CREDIT PROGRAMS TO ADOPT THE CREDIT POLICY GUIDELINES FORMULATED BY THE NATIONAL CREDIT COUNCIL"
I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order:
SECTION 1. Repeal of Executive Order No. 138, series of 1999 – Executive Order No. 138 dated August 10, 1999 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Effectivity. – This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon publication in a national newspaper of general circulation.
