[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 45, February 17, 1947 ]
TRANSFERRING THE SEAT OF GOVERNMENT OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TABUK, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE , FROM NANENG TO LAYA.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Interior and pursuant to the provisions of section sixty-eight of the Revised Administrative Code, the seat of government of the municipal district of Tabuk, Mountain Province , is hereby transferred from its present location at the barrio of Naneng to the barrio of Laya in the same municipal district.
This transfer shall take effect immediately.
Done at the City of Manila , this 17th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-seven, and of the Republic of the Philippines , the first.
