[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 52, April 21, 1947 ]
FIXING THE PAY AND ALLOWANCE OF STUDENTS OF THE PHILIPPINE MILITARY ACADEMY
By virtue of the powers vested in me by section 31 of Commonwealth
Act No, 1, as amended by Commonwealth Act No. 569, I, Manuel Roxas,
President of the Philippines, do hereby prescribe that, commencing with
the academic year 1947-1948, and until otherwise provided, the students
of the Philippine Military Academy shall receive the following rates of
pay and allowance:
Initial clothing allowance P200.00
Monthly pay and allowance 130.00
All orders or parts thereof inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed.
Done at the City of Manila, this 21st day of April, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-seven, and of the Independence of the Philippines , the first.
