[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 12, August 19, 1946 ]

REORGANIZING THE QUEZON MEMORIAL COMMITTEE, CREATED UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBERED SEVENTY-NINE, DATED DECEMBER 17, 1945



By virtue of the power vested in me by law, I, Manuel Roxas, President of the Philippines , do hereby reorganize the Quezon Memorial Committee, created under Executive Order No. 79, dated December 17, 1945 , so that the same shall be composed of the following:

I also hereby order that the Quezon Memorial Committee raise the necessary funds without limitation as to amount for the erection of a National Monument in honor of the late President Manuel L. Quezon, amending for this purpose Proclamation No. 32, dated December 17, 1945 .

Done at the City of Manila , this 19th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-six, and of the Independence of the Philippines , the first.
