[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 451, April 01, 1991 ]

LIFTING THE PRICE CEILINGS FOR CERTAIN PRIME AND ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 423, SERIES OF 1990, AS AMENDED



Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby order:

SECTION 1. The price ceilings for certain prime commodities such as rice, sugar, chicken, cooking oil and hard flour as provided under Executive Order No. 423, series of 1990, as amended, are hereby lifted.

SEC. 2. The price ceilings of other prime commodities in Executive Order Nos. 423 and 440, series of 1990 and Executive Order No. 445, series of 1991, shall remain in full force and effect unless otherwise revoked.

SEC. 3. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon publication in a national newspaper of general circulation.

Done in the City of Manila, this 1st day of April in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety-one.
