[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 431, October 19, 1990 ]

FURTHER EXPANDING THE DELINEATED BATANGAS PORT ZONE AS PROVIDED FOR UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 385, DATED DECEMBER 19, 1989



I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the power vested in me by law, do hereby order:

SECTION 1. The territorial jurisdiction of the Port of Batangas is hereby further expanded and delineated as follows:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on the plan located at the northeast corner of Sta. Clara Elementary School, Batangas City;

Thence to point 2 at a distance of 404 in with bearing N30° 17'15.6" W;

Thence to point 3 at a distance of 1,200 m with bearing N59° 42'44.4" E;

Thence to point 4 at a distance of 550 in with bearing N30° 17'15.6" W;

Thence to point 5 at a distance of 1,800 m with bearing N60° 17'15.6" W;

Thence to point 6 at a distance of 1,027 m with bearing S44° 15'02" W;

Thence to point 7 at a distance of 610 m with bearing S59°42' 44.4" W;

Thence to point a at a distance of 2,750.00 m with bearing S30° 17'15.6" E;

Thence to point 9 at a distance of 1,150 m with bearing N59° 42'44.4" E;

Thence to point 10 at a distance of 511 m with bearing N30? 17 ' 15.6" W;

Thence back to point 1, the point of beginning, at a distance 150 m with bearing N59° 42'44.4" E, all in all, comprising a total area of 5,380,893.7 square meters or 538.09 hectares, more or less.
SECTION 2. The Batangas Port Zone, as expanded and delineated, is hereby placed under the administrative jurisdiction of the Philippine Ports Authority which shall consistent with law and the regional industrial plans of the Government, implement a program for the proper zoning, titling, planning, development, and utilization of the port areas in the said Port Zone.

SECTION 3. Executive Order No. 335, dated December 19, 1989, and all orders and issuances, rules, and regulations or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this Executive Order are hereby revoked or modified accordingly.

SECTION 4. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.

Done in the City of Batangas, this 19th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety.
