[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 329, July 11, 1988 ]
CREATING APPRAISAL COMMITTEES IN THE METROPOLITAN MANILA AREA, DEFINING THEIR GENERAL FUNCTIONS, AND PRESCRIBING THEIR PROCEDURES.
WHEREAS, Executive Order No. 132, Series of 1937, as amended by Executive Order No. 214, Series of 1939, should be updated due to the integration of four cities and thirteen municipalities by P.D. No. 824, removing the component municipalities of Metropolitan Manila from the jurisdiction of the Provinces of Rizal and Bulacan;
WHEREAS, there is a need to ascertain in the purchase price of private properties required for development and infrastructure projects in the Metropolitan Manila Area;
WHEREAS, it is necessary to define the functions and prescribe the procedures of these committees.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create City Appraisal Committees and Municipal Appraisal Committees in the Metropolitan Manila Ares, composed of the following:
where the properties subject of valuation are located.
The procedures prescribed under Executive Order No. 132, Series of 1937, as amended by Executive Order No. 214, Series of 1939, shall be followed by the Appraisal Committees hereunder created.
Done in the City of Manila, this 11th day of July in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-eight.
