[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 307, July 15, 1958 ]
PLACING THE ENTIRE ISLAND OF PAMILACAN UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BACLAYON, PROVINCE OF BOHOL
Upon the recommendation of the Provincial Board
of Bohol and pursuant to the provisions of section sixty-eight of the
Revised Administrative Code, the entire Island of Pamilacan now jointly
administered by the municipalities of Dauis and Baclayon, province of
Bohol, is hereby placed under and annexed to the municipality of
Baclayon, same province.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
Done in the City of Manila, this 15th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-eight, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the thirteenth.
