CONFERRING CABINET RANK UPON THE PRESS SECRETARY TO THE PRESIDENT
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Ramon Magsaysay, President of the Philippines, do hereby elevate the Press Secretary to the President to the rank of a Member of the Cabinet, with all the rights, honor, and privileges pertaining to that position.
Done in the City of Manila, this 6th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-six, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the tenth.
