[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 159, January 17, 1956 ]
TERMINATING THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS AT THE DAGUITAN TOLL BRIDGE, PROVINCE OF LEYTE
The Daguitan Toll Bridge in the province of Leyte, constructed under Act No. 3500, as amended, having been in operation as a toll bridge, for more than the 15-year period originally allowed under section 1 of said Act, the collection of tolls at the said bridge should be, as it is hereby, terminated.
This Order shall take effect upon receipt of copy hereof by the Provincial Treasurer of Leyte.
Done in the City of Manila, this 17th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-six, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the tenth.
