[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 197, August 01, 1956 ]
TERMINATING THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS AT THE LASANG TOLL BRIDGE, PROVINCE OF DAVAO
The total cost of the Lasang Toll Bridge, in the province of Davao, plus interest at the rate of 5 per cent per annum, having been fully recovered, as certified in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 3500, as amended, it is hereby ordered that the collection of tolls at the Lasang Toll Bridge be terminated.
This order shall take effect upon receipt of a copy hereof by the provincial treasurer of Davao.
Done in the City of Manila, this 1st day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-six, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the eleventh.
