[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 202, September 27, 1956 ]

ORGANIZING CERTAIN SITIOS WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALORAN, MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL, INTO MUNICIPAL DISTRICT UNDER THE NAME OF CONCEPCION



Upon the recommendation of the Provincial Board of Misamis Occidental, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 68 of the Revised Administrative Code, and Section 2630 of the same Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 1515, there is hereby organized in the province of Misamis Occidental, a municipal district to be known as the Municipal District of Concepcion which shall consist of the sitios, which are hereby organized into barrios under the same names, of Upper Dioyo, Upper Salimpono, Upper Potongan, Concepcion, Laya-an, Potongan (Small), Capule, Maligubaan, Upper Mantokoy, Cuiban, Virayan, Pogan, Soso-on, Lengatongan, Casul and Upper Dapitan, all of the municipality of Aloran, with seat of government at the barrio of Concepcion.

As herein organized, the municipal district of Concepcion is bounded on the north by the present Aloran-Oroquieta boundary, as indicated and described in the Land Classification Map, Province of Misamis Occidental, certified June 24, 1954, by the Director of Forestry (L.C.-1762), on the west by the present Misamis Occidental-Zamboanga del Sur boundary line; on the south by a straight west-to-east imaginary line passing through Corner No. 35 of Project No. 16-D, Block II, classified as Alienable and Disposable land; and on the east by a straight north-to-south imaginary line which coincides with Longitude 123°38’.

The municipal district of Concepcion shall begin to exist upon the appointment and qualification of the Mayor, Vice-Mayor and a majority of the Councilors thereof.

Done in the City of Manila, this 27th day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-six, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the eleventh.
