[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 176, September 29, 1948 ]
AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 158, DATED JULY 28, 1948, ENTITLED “CREATING A LABOR-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY BOARD.”
Executive Order No. 158, dated July 28, 1948, is hereby amended by inserting a new paragraph between the penultimate and last paragraphs thereof, which shall read as follows:
“The Board is hereby empowered to. call upon any official or employee of any Department, bureau, office, branch, agency or instrumentality of the Government, including the corporations owned or controlled by it, to assist or otherwise cooperate with the said Board in connection with the performance of its functions.”
Done in the City of Manila, this 29th day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-eight, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the third.
