[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 200, January 14, 1949 ]

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 143, DATED JUNE 5, 1948, SO AS TO EXTEND THE TIME WITHIN WHICH LOGS, FLITCHES AND SAWN LUMBER MAY BE EXPORTED BY THE ACTUAL PRODUCERS THEREOF



By virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution and the Emergency Powers Law, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Executive Order No. 143, dated June 5, 1948, so as to extend for a period of six months the time within which logs, flitches and sawn lumber may be exported by any actual producer thereof under the same terms and conditions therein provided.

This Order shall take effect as of December 6, 1948.

Done in the City of Manila, this 14th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-nine, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the third.
