[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 354, October 20, 1950 ]
AUTHORIZING THE ASSIGNMENT OF ANY OFFICIAL OF THE GOVERNMENT OR OF ANY GOVERNMENT ENTITY, AGENCY OR CORPORATION AS IMPORT CONTROL COMMISSIONER
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by Republic Act No. 422, and for the purpose of effecting economy, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines do hereby order:
Any official of the Government or of any government entity, agency or corporation may be assigned or detailed to the position of Import Control Commissioner provided for in Republic Act No. 426.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
Done in the City of Manila, this 20th day of October, in the year of our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the fifth.
