AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 330, DATED JULY 1, 1950, CREATING THE NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of National Defense, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Executive Order No. 330, dated July 1, 1950, so as to make Captain Rafael Pargas, PN, Secretary of the National Security Council, vice Lieutenant-Colonel Alfonso Arellano, AFP.
Done in the City of Manila, this 28th day of April, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-one, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the fifth.
