[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 568, February 17, 1953 ]
TERMINATING THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS AT THE HIMOGA-AN BRIDGE, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
The total cost of the Himoga-an Bridge in the Province of Negros Occidental, plus interest thereon at the rate of four per cent per annum, having been fully recovered, as certified in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 3500, as amended, it is hereby ordered that the collection of tolls at the Himoga-an Bridge be terminated.
This Order shall take effect upon receipt of copy hereof by the Provincial Treasurer of Negros Occidental.
Done in the City of Manila, this 17th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the seventh.
