[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 637, October 29, 1953 ]
ADJUSTING THE INITIAL CLASSIFICATION OF THE NEWLY CREATED MUNICIPALITY OF MAGALLON IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
Upon the recommendation of the General Auditing Office and the Department of Finance, and by virtue of the authority vested in me by law, the newly created municipality of Magallon in the Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby given initial classification of second class effective as of the date said municipality began to exist, the same to continue until said municipality is classified pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of Republic Act No. 554.
Executive Order No. 583, dated April 4, 1953, insofar as it refers to the municipality of Magallon, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby amended accordingly.
Done in the City of Manila, this 29th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the eighth.

Executive Order No. 583, dated April 4, 1953, insofar as it refers to the municipality of Magallon, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby amended accordingly.
