[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 641, November 05, 1953 ]
TERMINATING THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS AT THE SABANG (MAUBAN) TOLL BRIDGE, PROVINCE OF QUEZON
The total cost of the Sabang (Mauban) Toll Bridge, in the Province of Quezon, plus interest at the rate of four per cent per annum, having been fully recovered, as certified in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 3500, as amended, it is hereby ordered that the collection of tolls at the Sabang (Mauban) Toll Bridge be terminated.
This Order shall take effect upon receipt of copy hereof by the Provincial Treasurer of Quezon.
Done in the City of Manila, this 5th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the eighth.
