[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 26, December 11, 1962 ]
REVISING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 108, DATED DECEMBER 3, 1947, ENTITLED “REORGANIZING THE LIGHTHOUSE BOARD”
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, and in order to systematize and coordinate the rehabilitation, establishment, and improvement of lighthouses and other aids to navigation in the Philippines, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby reorganize the Lighthouse Board, to be composed of the Director of Coast and Geodetic Survey, as Chairman; and the Flag Officer in Command, Philippine Navy; the Superintendent of the Lighthouse Service, Philippine Navy; the Harbor Superintendent, Bureau of Customs; the Chief, Ports and Harbors Division, Bureau of Public Works; the President of the Philippine Shipowners’ Association, Inc., or his representative; and the Secretary-Manager of the Associated Steamship Lines, or his representative, as members.
Executive Order No. 108, dated December 3, 1947, is hereby amended accordingly.
Done in the City of Manila, this 11th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-two.
