CREATING A COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE REHABILITATION OF RELEASED PRISONERS.
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby create a committee to take charge of the rehabilitation of released prisoners; composed of the following:
