OPENING THE PORT OF BATU-BATU, TAWI-TAWI, SULU, AS A SUBPORT OF ENTRY WITHIN THE COLLECTION DISTRICT OF THE PORT OF JOLO, SULU
Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 702 of Republic Act No. 1937 and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Finance, the Port of Batu-Batu, Tawi-Tawi Group, Sulu, is hereby created, opened and established as a subport of within the collection district of the Port of Jolo,Sulu.
Done in the City of Manila, this 20th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-seven.
