CONFERRING CABINET RANK UPON THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF INVESTMENTS
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby confer upon the Chairman of the Board of Investments the rank of a Member of the Cabinet, with all the rights, honors and privileges pertaining to the position.
