OPENING THE PORT OF PASACAO, CAMARINES SUR, AS A SUBPORT OF ENTRY WITHIN THE COLLECTION DISTRICT OF THE PORT OF JOSE PANGANIBAN, CAMARINES NORTE.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 702 of Republic Act No. 1937, and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Finance, the Port of Pasacao is hereby created, opened and established as a subport of entry within the collection district of the Port of Jose Panganiban, Camarines Sur.
Done in the City of Manila, this 12th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-five.
