[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 208, November 23, 1965 ]
REVOKING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 35 ISSUED ON FEBRUARY 28, 1963, ENTITLED “TRANSFERRING THE SEAT OF GOVERNMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DANGCAGAN IN THE PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON FROM ITS PRESENT SITE AT THE BARRIO OF DANGCAGAN TO THE BARRIO OF KITAOTAO, SAME MUNICIPALITY.”
Pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, and in the interest of public welfare, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Executive Order Numbered Thirty-five issued on February 28, 1963, entitled “Transferring the seat of government of the municipality of Dangcagan in the province of Bukidnon from its present site at the barrio of Dangcagan to the barrio of Kitaotao, same municipality.”
The revocation herein made shall have the effect of returning the seat of government of the municipality of Dangcagan to its original site at the barrio of Dangcagan.
Done in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-five.
