Pursuant to the authority vested in me by section 2 of Republic Act No. 1336, as amended by Republic Act No. 3407, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate certain parcels of land donated to the Province of Camarines Sur by Benito Marasigan, et. al, situated in the Barrio of San Jose, Municipality of Pili, as the new capitol site of the Province of Camarines Sur, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

Lot 1

A parcel of land (Lot 1 as shown on plan Csd-7046), situated in the Barrio of San Jose, Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur. Bounded on the SE., and SW., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10, by Lot 3049 (Portion) Pili Cadastre; on the NW., along lines 10-11-12-13-14-15, by Lot 443 (Portion) Pili Cadastre, along line 15-16, by portion of Lot 475, along lines 16-17-18, by Portion of Lot 476, both of Pili Cadastre; on the NW., and NE., along lines 18-19-20-21, by portion of Lot 2 of plan 11-10759; on the NE., along lines 21-22-23, by portion of Lot 514; on the NE., and NW., along lines 23-24-25, by portion of Lot 3049, all of Pili Cadastre, on the NE., along line 25-26, by Lot 517, portion (Proposed Road); and on the SE., and NE., along lines 26-27-28-1, by Portion of Lot 3049, Pili Cadastre. A parcel of land (Lot 2 as shown on Plan (LRC) Pcs-2249), situated in the Barrio of San Jose, Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur. Bounded on the SE., SW., and NW., along lines 1-2-3-4-5 by portion of Lot 1 of plan II-10759; and on the NE., along line 5-6-1, by plan Psu-62335 (Portion). Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 88° 06' W., 3237.21 meters from B.L.L.M, 1, Pili Cadastre, thence S. 59° 50' W., 333.34 meters to point 2; thence N. 30° 10' W., 250.00 meters to point 3; thence N. 30° 10' W., 200.00 meters to point 4; thence N. 59° 50' E., 333.34 meters to point 5; thence S. 30° 10' E., 200.00 meters to point 6; thence S. 30° 10' E., 250.00 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 150,003 square meters.

Lot 3

A parcel of land (Lot 3 as shown on plan Csd-7046), situated in the Barrio of San Jose, Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2, by the Manila Railroad Company; on the NW., along line 2-3, by Portion of Lots 519, 523 and 524, Pili Cadastre; on the NE., along lines 3-4-5-6, by Portion of Lots 524, 523 and 519, Pili Cadastre. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 65° 28' E., 454.57 meters from BLLM 12, Pili Cadastre, thence N. 43° 37' W., 42.08 meters to point 2; thence N. 64° 28' E., 668.52 meters to point 3; thence S. 23° 35' E., 20.11 meters to point 4; thence S. 26° 37' E., 13.75 meters to point 5; thence S. 29° 42' E.; 6.17 meters to point 6; thence S. 64° 28' W., 655.48 meters to the point of beginning, containing an area of 26,454 square meters.
