FURTHER AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 238 DATED JUNE 18, 1970, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED “CREATING A COMMITTEE TO STUDY, EVOLVE, AND RECOMMEND POLICIES RELATIVE TO THE SETTLEMENT OF LAND DISPUTES AND PRIORITIES IN THE GRANTING OF TITLES OVER PUBLIC LANDS”
I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby further amend Executive Order No. 238, dated June 18, 1970, as amended by Executive Order No. 246 dated July, 16, 1970, by designating the Acting Undersecretary for Agriculture, in place of the regular incumbent, as Chairman of the committee created therein.
