[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 451, June 02, 1975 ]

EXCLUDING CEMENT FROM THE LIST OF EXPORT PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO DUTY PROVIDED FOR UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1937, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE “TARIFF AND CUSTOMS CODE”, AS AMENDED



Pursuant to the powers in me vested by Section 515 of Republic Act No. 1937, as amended, and upon the recommendation of the National Economic and Development Authority, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, direct and order, as follows:

SECTION 1. Cement is hereby excluded from the list of export products subject to duty as provided under Section 515, Title III of the Tariff and Customs Code, as amended.

SEC. 2. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.

Done in the City of Manila, this 2nd day of June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-five.
