AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 541 CREATING A COMMITTEE TO GATHER THE MEMORABILIA OF THE LATE CHIEF JUSTICE FRED RUIZ CASTRO
Executive Order No. 541 creating a Committee to gather the memorabilia of the late Chief Justice Fred Ruiz Castro is hereby amended to include the following as Members of the Committee:
Hon. Ameurfina Melencio-Herrera Associate Justice of the Supreme Court
Atty. Ricardo J. Romulo
