ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 2-99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. SERENO D. MANUEL, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, San Nicolas, llocos Norte is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Batac, llocos Norte, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, without additional compensation except the reimbursement of travelling expenses with per diems, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.
