ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 8-99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art, VIII of the Constitution, and in view of the Resolution of the Court En Bane in A.M. No. RTJ- 98-1400 dated February 1, 1999, suspending Judge Zosimo V. Escano, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 259, Parafiaque City for six (6) months, the Hon. RAUL E. DE LEON, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 258, Parañaque City is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 259, same court, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, for the duration of the suspension of Judge Escano or until further orders from this Court. He shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2,1999.
