ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 9-99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. BRAULIO L. HURTADO, JR., Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 22, Kabacan, North Cotabato is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 26, Surallah, South Cotabato, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.
The Hon. FRANCISCO G. RABANG, JR., Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 16, Kabacan, North Cotabato is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of Branch 22, same court, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately and to continue until the return of Judge Braulio L. Hurtado, Jr.
