ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 10-99
Considering that the territorial jurisdiction of Branch 32 of the Regional Trial Court of Lupon, Davao Oriental is not yet defined and the appointments of the staff are not yet approved and pursuant to Paragraph B, No. 6 of Administrative Circular No. 3-94, dated January 26, 1994, the Presiding Judge of said court Hon. PELAGIO S. PAGUICAN, is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 6, Mati, Davao Oriental effective immediately and to continue until further orders from this Court.
