ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 28 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. ANDRES P. OLEGARIO, Presiding Judge of the 2nd Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Naga - Titay, Zamboanga del Sur, and presently Acting Presiding Judge of the 5th Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Buug - Bayog, Zamboanga del Sur, is hereby further DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the 12th Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Malangas - Imelda - Deplahan, same province, in addition to his present duties, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court. He shall be entitled to reimbursement of travelling expenses with per diems and an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
This Order revokes the designation of Hon. DEMOSTHENES MANGINSAY as Acting Presiding Judge of the 12th Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Malangas - Imelda - Deplahan, Zamboanga del Sur, pursuant to Administrator Order No. 98-98 dated July 21, 1998.
