ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 44 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the following are designated as Acting Presiding Judges:
1. Hon. LEOCADIO H. RAMOS, JR., - Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 15, Burauen, Leyte, and Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 8, Tacloban, Leyte, as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 38, Manila, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court;
2. Hon. CRISTINA T. PONTEJOS, - Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 6, Baybay, Leyte as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 15, Burauen, Leyte,, effective immediately and to continue until the return of Judge Leocadio H. Ramos, Jr. or until further orders from this Court;
3. Hon. REBECCA de GUIA SALVADOR - Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 1, Manila, - as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 33, same court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court;.
4. Hon, FRISCO T. LI LAGAN - Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court. Branch 34, Tacloban City, as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 8, same court, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.
Judges Ponteios, Salvador and Liliagan shall be entitled to an
additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in
the Resolution No. 99 -1 - 04 - SC of the Court En Banc dated February
2, 1999.
This order revokes the designation of Judge Rebecca de Guia Salvador as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 38, Manila, pursuant to Administrative Order No. 5 - 99, dated January 25, 1999 and the designation of Judge Leocadio H. Ramos, Jr. as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court. Branch 8, Tacloban City, pursuant to Administrative Order No. 116 - 98 dated August 27, 1998.
