ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 47 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. VICTOR A. CANOY, Presiding Judge of the 3rd Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Placer - Bacuag, Surigao del Norte ishereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Jucfee of the 9th Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Gen. Luna - Pilar and the 11th Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Sta. Monica - Burgos, both in Surigao del Norte, in addition to his present duties, without additional compensation except the reimbursement of travelling expenses with per diems, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judges thereat or until further orders from this Court. He shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
