ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 48 -99
In the interest of the service and pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the designations of the following judges, pursuant to Administrative Order No. 75-96 dated July 9, 1996, are REVOKED effective immediately:
1. Hon. EDUARDO RODEN E. KAPUNAN, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 5, Guagua, Pampanga, as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 48, Manila;
2. Hon. JOSE G. MONTEMAYOR, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 52, Guagua, Pampanga, as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 51, Guagua, Pampanga.
Both Judges Kapunan and Montemayor are hereby DIRECTED to immediately resume their regular duties at their official stations.
