In the interest of the public service and pursuant to the request of Chairman Harriet O. Demetriou of the Commission on Elections, the following judges of the Regional Trial Court at Quezon City and the skeletal personnel of their respective courts they shall designate shall report for duty, as follows, for the purpose of receiving complaints/information on possible violations of election laws that may be filed by the COMELEC Law Department in relation to the plebiscite on the creation of Novaliches as a city:

1. October 22, Friday, to October 23, Saturday:

Judge Diosdado M. Peralta - 6:00 p.m. (October 22)
(Branch 95) to 2:00 a.m. (October 23)
Judge Vivencio S. Baclig - 2:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
(Branch 77) (October 23)
Judge Perlita Tria Tirona - 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
(Branch 102) (October 23)

2. October 23, Saturday, to October 24, Sunday:

Judge Reynaldo B. Daway - 6:00 p.m. (October 23)
(Branch 90)

to 2:00 a.m. (October 24)

Judge Noel G. Tijam - 2:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
(Branch 221) (October 24).

All cases involving violations of election laws shall be tried and decided as expeditiously as possible.
