ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 72 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the following judges are hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judges, in addition to their regular duties in their own courts, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judges thereat or until further orders from this Court:
1. Hon. Eddie R. Rojas, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 39, Polomolok, South Cotabato, as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 24, Koronadal, South Cotabato;
2. Hon. Francisco S. Ampig, Jr., Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 25, Koronadal, South Cotabato, as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 26, Surallah, South Cotabato;
The Hon. Braulio L. Hurtado, Jr., Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 22, Kabacan, North Cotabato and presently Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 26, Surallah, South Cotabato, is hereby DESIGNATED Assisting Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 24, Koronadal, South Cotabato, to decide all the cases left undecided by the late Hon. Rodolfo C. Soledad.
All are entitled to reimbursement of travelling expenses with per diems and an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
