ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 96 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Article VIII of the Constitution, the following judges are hereby DESIGNATED Acting
Presiding Judges in addition to their regular duties in their own
courts, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and
assumption to duty of the regular judges thereat or until further orders
from this court.
1. Hon. RUDY T. ENRIQUEZ, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Bayawan-Basay, Negros Oriental, as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Valencia- Bacong, same court, and;
2. Hon. JESUS TINAGAN, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Dauin-Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Siaton, Negros Oriental.
Both judges shall be entitled to reimbursement of travelling expenses with per diems and an additional expense allowance and hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
