ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 103 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Article VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. JESUS DELA PENA, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 62, Oslob, Cebu is hereby DESIGNATED Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 56, Mandaue City in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately and to continue until the return of Judge Augustine E. Vestil or until further orders from this court. He shall hear cases thereat three (3) days a week.
Judge dela Pena shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2,1999.
