[ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 221, June 16, 1970 ]
AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 181, DATED OCTOBER 14, 1969, CREATING A TECHNICAL COMMITTEE TO STUDY THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FREE PORTS
The Technical Committee created under Administrative Order No. 181, dated October 14, 1969, shall have as additional members a representative each from the Board of Investments and the Central Bank of the Philippines.
The said Technical Committee may also solicit such assistance from the private sector as may be necessary for the attainment of its objectives.
