APPOINTING THE HONORABLE RAMON AVANCEÑA, FORMER CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE SUPREME COURT OF THE PHILIPPINES, MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL OF STATE
Pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 5, dated July 12, 1946, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby appoint the Honorable Ramon Avanceña, former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines, member of the Council of State.
