DESIGNATING THE JGC PHILIPPINES BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT 2109 PRIME STREET, MADRIGAL BUSINESS PARK, AYALA ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA CITY, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC AT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powrs vested in me under Republic Act N. 7916, otherwise known as Special Economic zone Act of the 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 05-453 dated 06 December 2005 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the JGC Philippines Building as an Information Technology Center, which stands on certain parcel of land of the private domain located at 2109 Prime Street, Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, containing an area of Two Thousand Eighty Four (2,084) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (described on plan (LRA) Pcn-1560, being the consolidation of Lots3 and 4, Block 3, Psd-007603-032466-D, L.R.A. Rec No. 6137), situated in the Barrio of Cupang (Alabang), City of Muntinlup, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., points 5 to 6 by Lot 5, Block 3, Psd-007603-032466-D; on the SE., points 6 to 1 and 1 to 2 by Road Lot 3, Psd-007603-032466-D; and on the NW., points 3 to 5 by Road Lot 6, Psd-007603-032466-D, Venture Street.
Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 63 deg. 14’W., 908.87 m. from No. 33, Muntinlupa Estate;

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 2 and 5 by Old PS; and the rest by P.S. cyl. Conc. Mons. 15x60 cms.; bearings true; date of original survey, January 1, 1907 and that of the consolidation survey, executied by andy d. Montemayor, Geodetic Engineer, on October 15, 2000.
