DECLARING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN
WHEREAS, Tuesday, October 10, 2006, marks the Charter Day anniversary of the Municipality of Kawayan, Province of Biliran;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Kawayan, Province of Biliran be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipality’s history with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, October 10, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the municipality of Kawayan, Province of Biliran.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed hereto.
