Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL - ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as a special economic zone, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 07-145 dated 18 April 2007 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located at Barangay Tubi-allah, Surallah, South Cotabato, consisting of an aggregate area of FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT (560,958) SQUARE METERS, more, or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot-1830, Rel-12-000078

A parcel of Land Lot 1830 of the relocation plan Rel-12-000078 being a relocation survey of Lot-1830, Pls-214-D-9, situated at the Barangay of Tubi-Ala Municipality of Surallah, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao.
