DECLARING TWO PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED IN BARANGAYS LALAKAY AND BAMBANG, MUNICIPALITY OF LOS BAÑOS, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, ISLAND OF LUZON, FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LOS BAÑOS

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, president of the Philippines, do hereby withdrawn from sale and settlement and reserve for road right-of-way purposes under the administration of the Local Government of Los Baños, Laguna, two parcels of land located in Barangays Lalakay and Bambang, Municipality of Los Baños, Province of Laguna, Island of Luzon, containing of aggregate area of Four Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty (4,980) square meters, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:


A PARCEL OF LAND (portion of Camp Eldridge Military Reservation), located in Barangay Lalakay, Municipality of Los Baños, Province of Laguna.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being S. 45° 48’W., 867.59 meters from BLLM No. 1, Cad. 450 Los Baños cadastre, thence:

Beginning, TWO THOUSAND (2,456) squares meters, more or less.


A PARCEL OF LAND, located in Barangays Lalakay and Bambang, Municipality of Los Baños, Province of Laguna.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being S.61° 27’W., 622.44 meter from BLLM No. 1, Cad. 450 Los Baños Cadastre, thence:

beginning, containing an area of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR (2,524) square meters, more or less

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
