Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 06-259 dated 13 June 2006, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, three (3) parcels of land with an aggregate area of 2.4375 hectares, located at Barangay Biñang, Biñan, Laguna, for inclusion to the existing Laguna Technopark I Special Economic Zone (LTI I-SEZ), as defined by the following technical descriptions:

A parcel of land (Lot 3, Block 4 of the consolidation-subdivision plan Pcs-04-005875, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 2716, 2717, Biñan Estate, 2710-A, 2710-B, 2710-J, Psd-04-026379, 2710-1-1, 2710-1-2, 2710-1-3, Psd-04-038037, Lots 1-7, Pcs-04-003945 and Lots 1-6, Pcs-04-003956, LRC Record No. 8374), situated in Barrio of Biñang, Municipality of Biñan, Province of Laguna.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 2; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 11 (Easement); on the NE., along line 3-4 by Lot 4, all of Block 4; and on the SE., along line 4-1 by Road Lot 6 (20.00 m. wide); all of the consolidation-subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 06 deg. 27'E., 1567.84
m. from Mon. No. 23, Biñan Estate;

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15x60 cm., bearings true; date of original survey, January 1906 -February 1907 and that of the consolidation subdivision survey, March 1-30, 1989 and was approved on September 24, 1991.

A parcel of land (Lot 11-B of the subdivision plan Psd-O43405-072268, being a portion of Lot 11, Block 4, Pcs-04-005875, LRC Record No. 8374), situated in Barangay of Biñang, Municipality of Biñan, Province of Laguna.

Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 3, Block 4, Pcs-O4-005875; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 11-A of the subdivision plan; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 8, Block 4, Pcs-04-005875; of the NE., along line 4-1 by Lot 11-( of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 06 deg. 32'E., 1763.09 m. from Mon. No. 23, Biñan Estate;

A parcel of land (Lot 4-A of the subdivision plan Psd-O43403-075255, being a portion of Lot 4, Block 4, Pcs-O4-005875, LRC Record No. 8374), situated in Barangay of Biñang, Municipality of Biñan, Province of Laguna.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 3; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 91-C, Psd-043403-072268 (Easement 5:00 m. wide); beyond Lot 9, both of Block 4, Pcs-04-005875; on the NE., along line 3-4 by Lot 4-B of the subdivision plan; on the SE., along line 4-1 by Road Lot 6, Psd-04-005875 (20.00 m. wide).

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 09 deg. 49'E., 1649.65 m. from Mon. No. 23, Biñan Estate;

thence	N.	57 deg.	17' E.,	33.34 m.	to point 3;
thence	S.	32 deg.	43' E.,	150.00 m.	to point 4;
thence	S.	57 deg.	17' E.,	33.33 m.	to point of

beginning, containing an area of FIVE THOUSAND (5,000) SQUARE
METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15x60 cm; point 1 and 3 by Old PS., bearings true; date of original survey, January 1906 - February 1907 and that of the subdivision survey, August 2, 1994 and was approved on October 14, 1994.
